Apurva Enterprises began as a humble one-man venture in 1995, when Mr. Nayan Samant started hand-delivering raw materials to small bakeries across Mumbai. What began as a simple idea soon transformed into a thriving business, thanks to his unwavering vision, consistency, and determination.

He was soon joined by his wife, Mrs. Geeta Samant, whose support helped lay the strong foundation of what would grow into a respected, decades-long enterprises. Together, they nurtured Apurva Enterprises into a brand that stood for quality and trust in the baking industry.

After the unfortunate passing of Mr. Nayan Samant in 2021, the reins of the business were taken over by Mrs. Geeta Samant and their daughter, Dr. Apurva Samant. Under their leadership, the company continues to flourish.

Today, Apurva Enterprises is proud to be Mumbai’s most trusted distributor of bakery raw materials. They are the backbone to the city’s five-star hotel bakeries, large bakery chains, and countless home bakers a name that professional chefs rely on and respect.
